Pinnacle Mountain State ParkPinnacle Mountain is a day-use park dedicated to environmental education,
recreation and preservation. The diversity of habitats, from high upland peaks to The park includes a visitor center with exhibits, A/V programs, a meeting room and gift shop. Special interpretive programs may be scheduled by contacting the park on Mondays. Facilities include picnic sites, a standard pavilion, launch ramps and hiking trails; including trails that will take you to the top of Pinnacle Mountain, with an elevation of 1,011 feet. Within the park's environs is the Arkansas Arboretum, a 71-acre site exhibiting examples of native flora representing Arkansas's six natural divisions. Situated below Pinnacle Mountain along the Little Maumelle River, the arboretum includes a .6-mile barrier-free trail. Camping is available at Maumelle Park, just two miles east on Pinnacle Valley Road. To reach Pinnacle Mountain State Park, take Exit #9 off I-430 at Little Rock and travel seven miles west on Ark. 10, then go two miles north on Ark. 300.

Clean up deposit required. An additional fee of $20 will be required for groups of over 50 persons renting any standard pavilion. Public schools will have priority usage for environmental education at no charge. Visitor Center Meeting Rooms
